Ask Deb.

Have a question about...

A pattern you keep repeating?
A reaction you don’t fully understand?
A moment where you feel stuck, reactive, or unsure who you are?

Send me your question.

We’ll look beneath the surface - at the protection, the pattern, the nervous system response - and what it might take to unpattern.

It may be answered on The Unpatterned Podcast or in the newsletter.

You can include your name or remain anonymous.

What to Expect After You Submit

When you send a question to Ask Deb, here’s what happens next.

First, I read every question personally.
Many of the patterns we experience can feel deeply personal or isolating, but they’re often more human than we realize.

If your question feels like it would be helpful for others to hear, it may be selected for the Ask Deb segment on The Unpatterned Podcast or in the newsletter.

If your question is chosen, I’ll send you an email to let you know before it’s shared.

Sometimes I may also reach out with a follow-up question if a little more context would help me reflect on your situation more thoughtfully.

Not every question will appear on the podcast — but every question will receive a response.
If your question isn’t selected for an episode, I’ll still reply by email with a personal reflection.

You’re welcome to include your name or remain anonymous.

My goal with Ask Deb is simple:
to help make sense of the patterns, reactions, and moments that don’t always make sense when you’re inside them.

Because most of the time, what feels confusing or personal…
is actually something many of us are navigating.

Thank you for trusting me with your question.

You’re Probably Not the Only One Wondering This

Many of the questions I receive begin with something like:

“This might sound strange, but…”
“I’m not sure if this is even a good question…”
“I feel like I should already know the answer to this…”

But the truth is, the moments that feel the most personal are often the ones many people quietly recognize in themselves.

If something in your life or reactions doesn’t quite make sense right now, you’re welcome to bring it here.
