I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk with you as you come home to yourself.

My journey began like many of the women I now work with—juggling all the roles, pushing through the stress, telling myself I was fine… until I wasn’t. It took a family crisis, health challenges, and soul-level burnout to realize I had been living from a pattern, not my true self.

The Enneagram helped me understand why I was stuck. Somatics helped me shift it. And now, I bring both to the work I do with women who are ready to stop performing and start living.

Do I need to know my Enneagram type before working with you?

Not at all. We’ll explore it together. In fact, discovering your true type in a safe, guided way is often where the real transformation begins.

What if I’ve already done therapy or coaching?

Many of my clients have. This work doesn’t replace therapy—it deepens it. It’s for those who are self-aware but still feel stuck in old emotional patterns or bodily responses they can’t shift through insight alone.

I’m overwhelmed. Will this feel like “one more thing” on my plate?

No. My approach honors your nervous system, your energy, and your pace. This work is designed to feel like relief—not another pressure or performance.

Is this faith-based or spiritual?

My work is spiritually grounded but not religious. I honor all belief systems and create space for your unique relationship with meaning, purpose, and intuition.

What’s the best way to start?

That depends on your needs. Some begin with a journal or meditation. Others start with 1:1 coaching or join a group space. You’re welcome to start small or dive deep. What matters is that it feels like a yes in your body.
