Why Understanding the Enneagram Is an Important Step on Your Healing Journey

The Enneagram isn’t just a personality quiz…it’s a map of your nervous system, survival strategies, and the emotional imprints you carry. Here’s how understanding your type can shift your healing from cognitive to embodied.


If you’ve been doing the “work” for a while…reading the books, trying the practices, even attending the workshops…but still find yourself looping back to the same emotions or behaviors, you’re not alone.

And that’s where the Enneagram comes in.

Most people think of it as a personality typing system. A way to figure out “which number you are.”

But the Enneagram is far more than that.
