Do I need to know my Enneagram type before coaching?

No. Many people come in unsure of their Enneagram type.

If that’s the case, we can begin with a Typing Session where we explore your patterns together. Using reflective questions, somatic awareness, and conversation, we’ll look at what’s most true for you before moving into deeper coaching.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

How long do people typically work with you?

It depends on your goals and the patterns you’re working with.

Some people work with me for a few months to understand a specific pattern. Others stay longer as they integrate new ways of responding in their lives and relationships.

My goal isn’t for you to rely on me forever. It’s to help you develop the awareness, regulation, and self-trust to continue the work on your own.

What if I’m new to this kind of work?

That’s completely okay.

Some clients come in with years of inner work behind them. Others are just beginning to explore their patterns.

This process meets you exactly where you are. We move at a pace that supports both understanding and nervous system safety, so the work feels supportive—not overwhelming.

The Discovery Call is simply a conversation.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you here, the patterns or challenges you’re noticing, and what kind of support might be helpful for this season of your life.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching and therapy serve different roles.

Therapy often focuses on healing past wounds and treating mental health concerns. Coaching focuses on awareness, integration, and forward movement.

My work helps you understand your personality patterns, reconnect with your body, and develop more intentional responses in everyday life.

Coaching can complement therapy, but it doesn’t replace it. If additional support would be helpful, I will always recommend it.

What kind of results do people experience from coaching?

People often come to coaching feeling stuck in the same emotional loops — overgiving, overworking, shutting down, or constantly anticipating problems.

Over time they begin to understand what those patterns have been protecting. As awareness grows, they develop more capacity to pause, regulate, and respond differently.

Is this work right for me if I’m already self-aware?

Many of my clients are already very self-aware.

They’ve read the books. Done therapy. Reflected deeply.

But awareness alone doesn’t always shift a pattern.

This work adds another layer: understanding the protection beneath the behavior and reconnecting with the body, where those patterns often live.
